Breakthrough's Executive Director, Mallika Dutt, spent March 2009 as a Twink Frey Visiting Social Activist at the University of Michigan. As a result of her stay she produced and presented her report, "On Building Human Rights Culture: Breakthrough's Vision, Mission and Culture."
 
The report, describes the reasons behind Breakthrough's work and answers questions that include: "What does Breakthrough mean by building human rights culture?" The document will inform Breakthrough's upcoming strategic planning process as we prepare for Breakthrough's tenth year of operation in 2010.
