Breakthrough’s human rights programs in India educate mass audiences on women’s rights, namely violence against women and sexuality and HIV/AIDS. We work using both creative award-winning multimedia tools and on the ground grassroots efforts to make the popular refrain, “Women’s rights are human rights,” a reality with campaigns that ask bold questions like, “What Kind of Man are You?” and “Is This Justice?” that ask men to wear condoms and our most recent campaign, “Bell Bejao” (Ring the Bell) that asks audience to put a halt to a domestic violence.
