We are very excited to announce that Breakthrough launched our global campaign against domestic violence at the prestigious Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) this morning!

Our very own Mallika Dutt, CEO and President of Breakthrough, announced the organization's commitment to go global with Bell Bajao (Ring the Bell), a campaign that urges men and boys from around the world to interrupt domestic violence, at the CGI's Opening Plenary today. Building on the award-winning Bell Bajao campaign in India, Breakthrough calls on men and boys from around the world to champion the cause by ringing the bell to interrupt domestic violence. Introduced by President Bill Clinton, Dutt declared Breakthrough's commitment to ending violence against women and announced United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as Bell Bajao Global's first global "Champion."
