Ajaz manages monitoring and evaluation at Breakthrough. Previously, he worked on monitoring and evaluation for Mercy Corps, working on evaluation frameworks and methods and effective data management. He was part of Mercy Corps’ Community of Practice, which shared learnings on best practices for monitoring and evaluation. He is also trained in negotiation and conflict management, and has worked with youth, community members, business leaders, and government officials. Ajaz holds an M. Phil. in Economics from Kashmir University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
