Diti is a jack of many trades who is presently trying to master project management. She is responsible for the smooth delivery and running of all of Breakthrough’s programs and operations. With degrees in commerce and human resource management, she spent seventeen years in the corporate sector, managing all the while to nurture her passions for development and women’s human rights. She has volunteered since childhood for Missionaries of Charity and Vivek Chetana, an organization supporting disadvantaged women and children. Before coming to Breakthrough, she worked with Hemophilia Federation and Parivar Seva Sanstha, an India NGO providing reproductive health services. The next big project she plans to manage is that of becoming a parent with her husband, Sanjay.
