Jocelyn — but you can call her “Joe” — works as the coordinator for the implementation of the youth project in Delhi. Her job also involves research, documentation, networking (and she is also an aspiring trainer). Joe has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in social work from Delhi University, where her thesis explored the vulnerability of female sex workers to HIV.
