Kanmani manages a range of leadership development trainings and events in Bangalore. She holds a Master’s in Sociology and has 20 years of experience in the development sector. Before coming to Breakthrough, Kanmani worked on anti-child trafficking projects at the Citizens Alliance for Rural Development and Training Society in Karnataka. She is also a founding member of Avekshaa, an NGO that works on health and education for rural women and youth. She loves to travel, and her favorite activities are designing fabric, drawing, and doing crafts.
