At Breakthrough, Pauline coordinates the publication of Breakthrough’s human rights curricula and community action tools. Prior to working with Breakthrough Pauline trained youth, academic staff, disability advocates, civil society leaders — and trainers-to-be — on personal and political human rights issues including sexualities, sexual and reproductive health, gender, and disabilities. She has also done policy-level advocacy with government, CBOs, NGOs, and disability activists on human rights, health, education, and food justice. At TARSHI, she developed publications, conducted sessions on sexuality, and analyzed helpline data. She is a former volunteer for an organization called Tara, which works with out-of-school children to support them in studying and developing creative skills.
