Anslem Ifill is a legal permanent resident who has lived in the US for 25 years—it’s his home. So much so that he put his own life at risk to serve the country for eight years with the U.S Army.  Anslem asks, “How can you deport individuals who risk their lives for the very beliefs and freedoms of this country?”

This is one of many stories of Army Vets facing deportation. They fight for their country and get nothing in return. Unfair immigration laws are denying basic due process to immigrants that live in the United States, which affect all immigrants: legal permanent residents, asylum seekers, students and undocumented people.
