Brenna Foster manages communications and digital media projects at Breakthrough, from web development to print publications. She comes to Breakthrough with several years of experience managing complex communications projects for non-profits in the US, South Korea, and Bangladesh. Brenna holds an MA in International Affairs, Media and Culture from the New School, where she studied media’s impact on politics and civil freedoms across Asia. In 2010, she was awarded a Ford Fellowship to study Muslim women in higher education in China and India, where she developed a keen appreciation for dumplings of all kinds.
